・常にニコニコする

・お礼は2度言う

・アメやガムなどを何かのお礼に渡す

・休日出勤の時や残業時、ささいな差し入れをする

・人に何かを頼んだら感謝する

・何かを頼まれてもいやな顔をしない

・うまい企画書や依頼状など、役立ちそうな書類は借りてコピー（テクを盗む）

・1つ得意な分野がある先輩に、いろいろ教えてもらう

・使えない後輩は3ほめ1怒り

・電話内容や人に注意されたことなどはメモ、直らなければ直るまで机の周りに張り出す

・口頭や電話などで指示されたことは、最後に繰り返して確認

・何事も期日を明確に依頼する

・会社の人は、服装でもなんでもいいなと思ったらほめる

・無視されても自分から挨拶を続ける

・病欠の翌日は同僚に謝る＆感謝する

基本的に帰って寝るだけなら、家賃格安の築10～15年のチョイボロアパートに住んでる奴が勝ち組

不動産関係者の俺が、コイツはプロだなと警戒する奴５ヶ条
１．築５年以内物件には見向きもしない奴
２．近くのコンビニまでの距離確認ではなく、市立小中学校までの距離確認する奴
３．候補物件の半径200ｍの周辺地図をグーグルマップ確認する奴
４．さり気なく神社、仏閣を確認するする奴
５．近所にに事故物件ねえだろなって聞く奴

ちなみに４は百戦錬磨のベテランクラス、神社仏閣は建立されて百年単位の物が多い為、古い地盤の確認が容易

年収300万程度で首都圏で一人暮らししてる奴って現代の奴隷だよねｗこういう奴が松屋とかで飯食ってる : ガラパゴス速報 (via urihari)
